its M10 DeepBlue 3.0 modules based on gallium cell doping technology from Japan
Shin-Etsu Chemical Japan Corporation.

Gallium-doped cells protect the module from inductive and light degradation, ensuring
power loss of less than 2 percent. Multi-bus design improves efficiency
of the module by minimizing the amount of current flowing between the fingers and the busbars, which decreases
resistive losses.
